Made an appointment for 11 AM, took off from work to get there. Arrived at 10:56 sat in the waiting area for 15 + minutes and the place was empty, no one was there, not even a groomer. I left at 11:15. What a waste of my day.

Wonderful groomer! My dog is always calm and happy going to the Gentle Groomer. The cuts always look great, too!
Horrible customer service. Never went back. Good luck trying to get through On phones.
I understand that wrangling animals all the time is stressful, but these are the meanest people I've ever met. Terrible experience all around.
