RecommendedBeautiful grooms on every dog I see walk out! They have a great eye for detail and it’s obvious why The Gentle Groomer has been around as long as it has - the dogs are happy and well treated which in turn makes happy owner!

Naturally I waited till the very last minute to find someone to groom B ...I called yesterday and they squeezed me in today! I had never been there before, Tina was so nice and accommodating. When I got there her Mom was so friendly I had no worries about leaving B there. When I picked her up she looked like a show dog! I just told Tins to make her look cute & she sure did. B even had a bow in her hair 🥰 I’ll never go anywhere else, B was so happy there.
I HIGHLY recommend the The Gentle Groomer! They always do a wonderful job on my fur baby and treat him like their own. My pup is always excited to get there and be greeted by the friendly staff and hang out with the other pups before I pick him up. If anyone is looking for a reliable and passionate groomer in the phoenixville area this is the place to go!
The most wonderful groomer I have ever used. Charlie loves his spa days. I will never use anyone else.
It took us a long time to find the right groomer. my boys love it here and stay fresh and clean for weeks! great neighborhood place, and the staff is always so friendly and genuinely cares for the dogs. 5 stars from us!
