RecommendedJust recently renewed my lease. We Love living here! The grounds are beautiful, the staff is the best, the club house is lovely and the pool is heated. Great community especially if you have a furry friend!

Before choosing 'The Gates of Deer Grove', I and my husband did a lot of research and saw various properties but as soon as we saw 'The Gates of Deer grove' we knew this is it, we found our place. We were impressed with various amenities in the community including pool, barbeque stations, dog play area and small fountains. It was 'love at first sight' with this property. We were hunting for rentals in July 2019 and came across this one, we never had to look at any other property after this! As a current resident and having completed 1 year of my stay here, me and my wife are still in awe of this place. From sparkling swimming pool to well managed central lawns (not to mention the lovely fountains in the lakes), it brings us closer to nature. Such a nice complex. So calm and quiet. Interior is great, double sinks, nice plushy carpet, stainless steal appliances and nice wood floors in the kitchen. There’s also a dog park, cute little ponds & picnic tables with grills. Great family environment, we love it.
Such an incredible place to live. The apartment did have some (minor)problems on move in (leaking faucet and broken closet) but when a work order was placed there was immediate response and solution. The area is nice and clean and wonderful neighbors. Really love the gates of deer grove family.
Very disappointed over move to this complex.
we have lived here for 4 years and it has been great. It's quiet, well maintained. The office staff works really hard to help and answer any of our needs. The surrounding neighborhood is safe and homey! I have found the tenants to be respectful of each other. having the forest preserve just across the street has been great too. Shopping access is amazing! just a mile from Deer Park shopping and all the retailers on Dundee....Marianos and Whole Foods so close by. its a win/win no place is perfect, but the Gates if Deer Grove ... read more
