This is one of the best apartment i have seen in this area. The staffs are very helpful and friendly expercially miuriel and daizja.
Daizja is an excellent leasing agent who is knowledgeable about the apartments and the neighborhood.
Do not under any circumstance sign a lease with this company. The entire complex is in such shoddy condition that it should be razed. I do not live here, but I know a current resident. I have had the misfortune of witnessing first hand the flooding that occurs anytime it rains. The mold problem is so severe that the once extremely healthy kids of the current resident have developed serious respiratory issues and are getting recurring illnesses.
