The Gates is fantastic! Anytime something comes up, the maintenance team is on it super fast and they actually fix things the right way the first time. The leasing office is also super quick to respond whether it’s emails, calls, or random questions, they’re always helpful and on top of everything. Overall, it’s been a really smooth and stress-free place to live!

The Gates apartments in East Lansing offer a great living experience, especially for students. Sydnie is also a great leasing consultant, she is always super helpful! The property is clean and surprisingly quiet for being on campus. Plus, apartments have the very convenient in-unit washer and dryers.
My roommates and I absolutely love living here! The location is amazing, having a bus stop right outside is so convenient too. Especially when it gets colder - having the gym right in our lobby is such a perk. Highly recommend !
The fitness center is awesome and has everything I need. The yoga studio is such a nice touch- great for stretching, relaxing, or getting in a different kind of workout. Both are kept really clean, shoutout to the cleaning lady!
