Nice apartment overall has a bunch of amenities. My main two greviences are the plowing of the ramp not being done (leading to you literally not being able to park with no other options) and the SMELL of other peoples apartments specifically their pets, yuck.
I had such a great experience touring and learning more about The Gates! Stephanie, the leasing agent, was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. She also made sure I was aware of all the current incentives and specials available, which helped me understand ways I could save money. While I was there, I also had the opportunity to hear about Nakoah from the maintenance team. He went above and beyond to help assist my girlfriend moving very heavy furniture into the unit. The maintenance at the foundation is always super fast, kind and very helpful!
Had a mostly good experience living here. Enjoyed the location and in-unit washer and dryer. My room was nearly uninhabitable for about a month when I discovered mold in my room and it was being treated, management did not accept my request for money off my rent because my room was unlivable.
Stephanie was a very helpful agent, answered all of my potential questions before I even asked them.
