The maintenance at the foundation is always super fast, kind and very helpful!
Had a mostly good experience living here. Enjoyed the location and in-unit washer and dryer. My room was nearly uninhabitable for about a month when I discovered mold in my room and it was being treated, management did not accept my request for money off my rent because my room was unlivable.
Stephanie was a very helpful agent, answered all of my potential questions before I even asked them.

The Gates staff is always very helpful and responsive. The apartments are very njce and a great location!
