To preface, I just moved from some truly terrible apartments. Two years ago, all I could afford were the slums at The Tides at Royal Lane North—I desperately wanted out. Now, at The Village Gate, I’ve found so much more than just a home. I think it's fun to wander around and see the change in stores and the art.
The Village Gate is not well maintained as advertised. The property looks TACKY and UNKEPT! You can’t just manicure the areas where there are activities. You should also manicure where the residents reside! I’ve lived at the Village Bend and the Village Green. Both of those properties are VERY well kept. Landscaping and trash pick up is an emergency for the Village Gate! Do Better with action, not by paying lip service!
