Rodney & Ashley are quite unique in their field as they work as a team. Where most realtors are just one they combine together and while you may be with one during a showing the other is doing research for you to make sure you're the most informed buyer you can be. In the past I had felt with some that they tried to get me not to negotiate on price because their commissions would go down, not the Garren's.
