This guy is a bait and switch artist. After a friend had resolved a tax matter for an amount I called and spoke about that. He said if similar then it would be a similar fee. After I agreed to pay $250 for a consultation at a rented office space he gave me a fee that was more than 3X the fee my friend paid. No reasoning just a huge estimate. Waste of time and money for a guy who didn't even have his own office!
