We are thankful for how our issue with the refrigerator was handled and wanted to share. We give God the glory first and foremost for pointing out the problem. We snapped a picture of the possible issue, emailed it to Pam, the manager. Pam responded immediately, opened a work ticket and By 3PM, on Friday afternoon, we had a new, out of the box, fridge. The maintenance personnel, was super nice, waiting patiently until we transferred all of the food into the new fridge. Thank you!
The Gardens on Timberlake are a great apartment complex. The amenities are great and can't wait until the pool opens in May. Looking forward to utilizing the movie room.
Love this place and located in the heart of the city of Lynchburg and some of the best features is management and especially maintenance crew. Oh can’t forget love that lazy river. 😀
