for what they charge they offer nothing. i doubt they even look at other all bills paid apts in the area. if you live in the 1847 building no sign to even say you are part of it. lighting what a joke its pitch black when i get off and get home. since i work nites i cant use the gym or laundry room. the playground has to be atleast 40 years old.

They turn the AC off for the “winter” when it’s still fluctuating between 80 degrees and 70 so it stays hot in the apartment, plus they won’t let you have a window unit.
