common areas are dirty ( dogs poops everywhere) and the garbage containers are to small, garbage is everywhere. second hand smoke gets into the apartment and manager do nothing effective to resolve this situation.

I am a current resident! Do not rent here or be in this are! The management is not good at all. It's not a safe area to have your kids. The management appears to be friendly but once you move in they do not care about the co diction of the apartment. If something breaks they do not get to it until three or more days before they even get to your apartment. They won't work with you if you are struggling to work or any financial issues come up. Ever since Urban Phoenix apartment management company took over the service has been terrible. The office staff cut the open hours of the office so if your a working class tenant you can never get in to see them without taking time off of work. We have black mold growing in our apartment due to a continuous leak in the wall behind our bathroom vanity. So we asked to be moved to a more habitable apartment. They gave us four days notice that we would be moving (only because I called them) and then only gave us two days to move... read more
