I just move here almost two months ago I put in a maintenance request to fix two or more things came and fix the stop up tub whatever they did didnt work and still waiting on them come and fix two more things in my apartment, ***** dollars is a lot of money to give out and no progress no sense of urgency here, I have pictures could be what going with my tub please come fix the problem

This has been the worst complex I have ever lived in. The entire complex is infested with roaches and the management is aware of it. Tenants are allowed to leave trash outside of their doors for months at a time in addition to leaving trash everywhere else around the property. After the unit next to mine was abandoned and left with trash for over a month, my unit became infested with roaches. Wow where do I start! I moved in my apartment October 30th 2020 on my birthday! I really didn’t have any major problems. I’ve noticed rodents and roaches here and there and pest control never came out even though we pay for it monthly. But the first red flag was noticing that management changed at least two times since I been there and there’s never the same staff available to talk to. Honestly nothing can describe the feeling I'm feeling after coming home from a hard day at work I have put in over time dumping five gallon buckets to keep place from flooding walk past cigarette butts before entry into home dog waste in the breezeway no issues have been resolved . Be aware of these issues upon arrival hopefully the next person can be saved from this situation

I was threatened by one of the staff named April who works in the leasing office because my name is not on the lease, but I'm a resident, I have mail and a key, I have been staying here since November 16th of last year. Maintenance came to fix a leak in the bathroom, I caught them walking straight in, nobody was there, I reside there in building 1 apartment I with my baby daddy ***** *******. If you're looking for a home you can live in with peace and quiet, this is not the apartment for you. If you're unfortunate as I have been to be put in a unit under loud inconsiderate neighbors like me, you're not going to want to stay here long. I've gone to this office multiple times after having been woken out my sleep by the stomping and the loud music that continues just long enough to keep me from going back to sleep. All they say is call the police, we'll talk to the tenant but it still continues. Yet the noise still ... read more
