V efficient and helpful staff, clean environment.
Honestly, the reception here is a nightmare. I have had a bloodwork done and they gave me a print of my report of 10 pages for free and the next week the receptionist is asking me for 5$ in cash for a print out of 5 pages for another report!! This is ridiculous. Never recommend going to this place.
My friend was having a severe pain, when we called them they didn't inform us that they accept just cash, we went there we roamed everywhere to get the cash, very horrible and rude receptionist, we even called them earlier but didn't inform us about the cash and the staff, she was arguing that did we ask earlier that we take cash or debit on call, what a worst she didn't even apologize once that they did not mention us when we called earlier before coming over there. No patient care nothing.
Dr Mona B is an awesome doctor. She has been our family doctor for a while now and I can say without any hesitation that she has been very helpful, kind and she cares for her patients. Thanks doc!
Please don't waste your time here. Dr Paul didn't even bother performing basic checks. Complete waste of time to bring your child here.
