Wouldn't advise anyone to live here! Since we didn't resign I have received 3 power overages all in the same month! Like how can you give someone 3 bills one from April, June, and July all in the same month? How do you expect someone to pay that? Oh wait? I'm not! Good luck trying to scandal money from me cause this place will not get another dime from my pocket!
I've lived at The Garden District for 2 years and have loved every minute of it. The management is amazing and the maintenance is nice and understanding of pets. The rooms are super spacious and the dog park is so convenient. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants an affordable place to live with personable and understanding staff.
I love my apartment! The staff is very attentive and friendly. I've already resigned for my next year.
i've had a great experience here so far! the complex is gorgeous and everyone in town knows what you mean when you say you live "at the pretty place with all the ivy and wrought iron!"
