RecommendedI’ve had a great experience here at Garden District. It’s nice and quiet. People keep to themselves. Reasonable price being this close to campus and my job.
Awful place. Poor rude management
My son had his truck broken into last night here at Garden District. They stole two very sentimental guns. These gun mean nothing to the theives but everything to us. If you seen anything please let the front desk or police know.
The staff here is very friendly and extremely helpful and courteous. I've been living at The Garden District for a year now and can honestly say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else in Statesboro!
I love here. They worked with me so I could move in early and anytime I had a maintenance issue which has only been twice they handled it within 24 hrs. I would highly recommend moving here. Did I mention the balcony views are great!
I absolutely love it here!!!! The staff is super friendly and helpful. I love my apartment!!! Coming from Market 100 to Garden District was well worth it!!!
