Manager Rihanna has been rude to me (2 year tenant) and my bank because of a mistake on her end. Was a great place when Amanda was here. Rihanna is very aggressive and rude.

I'm a resident here and I love the place! The apartments are cozy, the rooms are spacious, and overall, this is a very great complex. The townhomes and the flats are both equally as great. This is a definite 15/10 place.
This is my 2nd year now living at garden district. The office staff and maintenance guys are amazing and you truly can’t beat the pricing. It’s safe and not super busy like other apartment complexes in town. It’s been the perfect place to live!
This will be our 3rd year going into living at GD. We've never had any issues and Ms. Abby and Amanda have always been super friendly and have gone the extra mile over and over for us. The maintenance staff is always friendly and efficient in work requests. I always recommend GD to my friends and anyone who is looking for an apartment.
My husband and I have lived in Garden District for three years, and we love it. You seriously can’t beat the price for the amenities and convenient location. Truly, the staff have made us want to stay too! They are quick to fill work orders and answer any questions we’ve ever had, they are flexible when we’ve needed it, and they take personal interest in their residents. We’re very grateful for our time here!
The Garden District is a beautiful place to live, the buildings are beautiful and the location is ideal. Its a nice and quiet community that feels secluded but is only minutes away from everywhere. Thanks to the Garden Districts roommate matching profiles, I have met two lovely ladies who I believe I'll be friends with for years to come. Highly Recommend
I’ve lived here for about 8 months so far and absolutely love it. The staff is always super friendly no matter how many silly questions I ask. Maintenance is on top of every issue I’ve had. Its been a great place to live super safe and not super rowdy or busy like other places. All my neighbors are quiet and sweet. It’s been a perfect first apartment.
I think that this is the best place to live in Statesboro. It is quite and everyone stays to themselves. The staff is great and always there to help whenever needed. Shot out to Amanda she is great.
