Was making a trip from Surrey to Kamloops at night and unfortunately broke down right outside of Merritt. I had to get a tow truck from Merritt to Kamloops that night. The next morning I called about 8 different shops that said they couldn’t take me in due to availability and the long weekend (Good Friday and Easter Monday). This was my first experience with The Garage. I had to get a commercial vehicle inspection done today for my truck. Extremely fair pricing, and they are very honest. Everyone from the receptionist (Shannon) to the owner (Mike) are great, authentic & caring people. Because I was there for a couple of hours, I got to witness that they treat all their customers like family. People really do love & appreciate them. I'm definitely going back for all my vehicle needs.
