We were never told up front there was a hourly diagnostic fee. Plus our part that was changed did not get put on correctly. We had to have it towed backed to get it fixed properly.

Customer called the shop of a quote for a fuel pump installed. We priced the pump and set up a day for them to drop off the vehicle. At the end of the call customer asked if we would be checking that the fuel pump was the problem. I stated that we would check. When the vehicle came in we check fuel pressure and vehicle had great fuel pressure. We then wanted to check a few other things. Got my alternator fixed about two years ago. They ended up giving it to me for free (which was nice) but it was because they jerry rigged it. Fast forward to this weekend I had to drop nearly $2,000 on my car because the mechanic stated "it all started with the faulty alternator." I knew it was jerry rigged a while back because ever since my alternator belt squeaks. Yes, it's tightened all the way. It was just a bummer. Sweet owners, poor mechanics and inventory.
Great honest people. I would recommend them any day.
my favorite part about The Garage team is that if I go in for a new tire they don't try to "sell" me a new engine. John and his team is honest and helpful.
