I won't be back. I went there to eat dinner on 08-21-2025 at roughly 6pm. My experience started when I first got to the podium. I waited for almost 5 minutes for someone to greet and seat me, no one came. So, I decided to go and find a table. Won't be coming back. - Waited 45 minutes for burgers, that we ultimately cancelled - Manager insisted we only waited 25 minutes even though the LSU game started when we got there and it was nearly 5 innings into the game - Manager never apologized for our wait - Waiter checked on us one time during our sitting Manager/Waiter if you're reading this, I'm sorry you had to work on Mother's day. This is my 2nd visit, and based on the reviews I see on here so far, it is what I experienced as well. It's crazy how long it takes for service. I ordered a Queso fundido that took 30 min, which didn't come with enough chips, so I requested extra chips. After 30 to 40 minutes of not receiving any chips, I asked her about the chips she said I don't know 🤷♀️. That only tells me she doesn't care. Server's name is Layrsa G.
Horrible service 15$ for 3 tenders and a very small handful of fries we waited 45 mins for a glass of water . The atmosphere is horrible not welcoming at all!!! We came to watch a game a football game sound wasn’t on tv took forever to get service and they weren’t even busy!!! Will not be coming back!!!
