This is my 2nd visit, and based on the reviews I see on here so far, it is what I experienced as well. It's crazy how long it takes for service. I ordered a Queso fundido that took 30 min, which didn't come with enough chips, so I requested extra chips. After 30 to 40 minutes of not receiving any chips, I asked her about the chips she said I don't know 🤷♀️. That only tells me she doesn't care. Server's name is Layrsa G.
Horrible service 15$ for 3 tenders and a very small handful of fries we waited 45 mins for a glass of water . The atmosphere is horrible not welcoming at all!!! We came to watch a game a football game sound wasn’t on tv took forever to get service and they weren’t even busy!!! Will not be coming back!!!
Came there a few days ago and we waited almost 45 minutes for the server to come to the table to take our order. Only one server for the whole dining and whenever we call the server she kept saying I’ll be with you shortly. When the food came out to the table it was cold and the quality wasn’t great at all. It could be way better for the new opening casino specially with high priced menu….
