Stu and his team did a great job selling our house. Stu explained what needed to happen, and was very communicative and answered all of our questions. He did a good job helping us settle on a selling price, showing us the comps and explaining market conditions. I expected this whole process from searching for a home to the loan process to be long and stressful and disappointing. I was ready for it. However, Stu helped us narrow down exactly what we wanted and guided us through the process and Debbie was quick and efficient at getting us all the paperwork we needed and questions answered. The entire process from offer to close took just 2 1/2 weeks. It was remarkably painless and quick.
