Just closed on my condo in Dorchester! This was my first sale as an owner and it couldn't have gone smoother. Craig and his team were there the whole way through to guide me through the process from start to finish. I was excited to get the price I wanted in less then 2 weeks from listing my unit. I would recommend the Galvin group to any of my friends and family who are looking to sell!

In 2005 I was ready to purchase my first place. Craig and Anne were the first people I called. After he showed one place I was sold. It was in the right area and at the right price. Ten years later with 3 small kids we needed to sell our condo. It was a no brainer who to call. No open houses. No games . He found the right buyer and within four months it was a done deal. Had very bad rental experience with them, lost several thousand dollars and spent months dealing with difficult situations, and people.We told broker we wanted a long term rental; paid the Galvin Group a full brokers fee and was told by landlord 10 months into rental our lease was not be renewed, the house was going on the market brokered by.... the Galvin Group!
