I am so heart broken for the sweet dog that suffered in 100 degree heat today and died of heat exhaustion from being locked out in the balcony while the owners were home...And to the leasing office staff at the Galloway in Pleasanton shame on you for doing nothing to help this innocent dog after repeated complaints from me of continued abuse! Rest in peace to the sweet doggy who lost his life being forced onto the patio. Sad to hear that the leasing office had chances to stop this behavior from their residents but didn’t.
Pets welcome?? NO WAY. Apparently, a dog was left on a resident's balcony and died from heat exhaustion. When a concerned citizen attempted to address the situation through the leasing office, they did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. This has occurred multiple times from what I understand. Not only should the dog owner be held accountable, but those in the leasing office should be reprimanded and/or receive training. Beyond shameful!
The apartments are spacious, but the management is very poor. They never attend to the public, the offices are always closed, you have to call and leave a message and wait for them to call you back. On the other hand, the maintenance service is excellent; the people working in maintenance make it worth living here a bit more. Jose is super attentive and helpful.
