I came in here recently on a Sunday afternoon and wanted a simple mani pedi. While getting my manicure the nail tech was constantly on her phone. When I asked to see the color before she used it, she seemed inconvenienced. The other tech who did my pedicure did a good job but when the first tech who did my mani finished my pedicure (not sure why), I got the same cold response when I asked for an opinion on a color. I came here because of the great reviews and was excited but left super disappointed and will not return.

Tried this nail place instead of my typical one and made a huge mistake in doing so. Very surprised to see all the reviews raving about this place. I was barely greeted when I walked in the door and my nail technician was on her phone the entire time while doing my nails. She made no effort to even appear as if she cared about my nails and her demeanor and attitude towards me was cold and extremely off putting. Asking her any sort of question prompted a cold response.
