I lived here for over a year. Had multiple issues with not only the homeless, who broke into my truck and stole multiple items, but left a crackpipe. thanks. the property manager, ernie was no help. Not only with this issue, but with dozens of others, including an issue at move out time. which was done in an extreme hurry due to an ex-girlfriend/violence issue. If I could give Gallery Flats a 10 star review I would. Ernie the manager is amazing!! He has gone above and beyond with assisting me from day one. I moved from out of state, so the application process was a lot for me to handle. He walked me through the process from beginning to end. His patience is second to none. Since moving in, I have had a couple minor maintenance issues. They were addressed very quickly. The maintenance men have wonderful as well. The building is always very clean. A ton of homeless people some of which will walk right up to you. Reports of someone recently getting into the building and trying to break into apartments. Management that does not communicate or be respectful or curious in anyway and the parking is horrible. Not a safe or pleasant place to live
