just avoid the place at all cost. 2BD 2Bath is gonna run you $1900 MO. Parking is a complete nightmare and if you manage to pay an extra $95 per car for a "covered spot" which really isn't. Homeless people sleep on the south stairwell in the alleyway and vomit and urinate every where also they go through the trash. Building Facilities is a complete joke to get anything fixed. we had 3 leaks disposal, hot water heater above us and lastly a huge bathroom flood in my bathroom destroying almost all of my clothing. It is reasonably priced, maintenance requests were promptly filled, I felt safe inside, great location, friendly community. Cleaners do a great job. Never had issues with packages being stolen. Great roof-top lounge. There wasn't always a place to park in the lot but street parking near the building was usually easy to find. The elevator often got dirty. Homeless people dig through the dumpsters and mixed up trash and recycling, so recycling was no longer available when I moved. I loved living here.
The Gallery Flats has proved to be an excellent place to call home. Ernie the building manager has been incredibly responsive and supportive when maintenance issues arrive, and has been welcoming since day one. We enjoy our view of the front range, the rooftop area, and private gym. It’s very convenient to step out and go downtown for drinks or a meal. There has been black mold inside the washer since I moved in and Iv asked the property manager to fix this for months and they just keep ignoring it saying they will have a cleaner come out but still haven't even resolved the issue...
We came by one day to see about touring a property, but couldn't find a leasing office or an entrance. Nobody answered their phone number. A quick conversation with someone leaving the property confirmed that it's impossible to get ahold of anybody there, so I guess we'll be looking at other offerings instead.
