NEVER RENT FROM Avenue5 Residental!!!!! We moved into this complex – Apartments on the Green located in SLC, Utah in August of 2018. When we did the apartment tour, they only had the model available to look at and it was absolutely not an option to see the unit we were moving into because there were current residents occupying it but was assured that by the move in date provided it would be newly remodeled to look identical to the model we were viewing. They don't value their long term tenants. They don't fix anything correctly in the building. Elevators been broke for a year now. The manger in the office is very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. The cafe/internet room still don't have computers or printer. But we as tenants pay for these amenities that we can not use. They don't offer no specials for rental renewal. Washer/Dryer don't wrk ever. This place charge way to much for them not to have it up and running properly. DONT CONSIDER THIS PLACE FOR YOUR NEW HOME. It's all Bad, the... read more
