It is my first two weeks living at these apartments, they failed to inform me of new policies regarding vehicles. I registered my vehicle with the front office, and yet, they still towed my car. It is my only mode of transportation and the only way I can afford to pay the rent here. Yet, they've taken it upon themselves to get my vehicle towed. If this is my first impression of these apartments, then it is a poor one. It is a disgusting, vile way to run an apartment complex; that is supposedly for the less fortunate.
Been there the full year and the road is full of potholes that have not even been at least filled with something. The washers eat your money and you never receive the refund. The office is ALWAYS closed during office hours. Management argues with you like if they are in high school. They go into the apartments without letting you know. No warning or notices both woman in the office are NO HELP you can go ask or talk to them about something of the property and they will always find a way to give you a fine for something even ... read more
They make it a terrible place to want to live with little to no maintenance at all, the exterminador doing the most minimal amount of work exterminating, office closed in open hours, the road is full of potholes, pool always closed, and now a new towing company with a new set of useless rules to make everyone hate living here. Happily leaving soon
This place is trash, they want your money, that's all they want. They will tow your vehicle. They don't care about their community, their maintenance suck, and it is not worth living here or spending money.
