Randell and Tye were great in getting us a room that was comfortable for us. Both professional and cared to ensure we were happy.
My newly wed wife and I were amazed at the quality of the service and the room here. This was our first visit, but Tye really blew us away with his kindness and hospitality. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone wanting to stay in the Miami area!! 10/10
This hotel has the best bathroom space and immenities I have seen in a hotel. Our room had a great view of the area, and the sleep was comfortable. The complimentary orange water in the lobby was refreshing. Front desk service was excellent at all times of the day.
