The service and the location are very good!the room wasn’t as good as I thought, I could get a better place for the same price, but overall it was a normal experience.
The hotel is beautiful if this hotel is formally known as the Skye. It should be renamed outside because the name skye Is on the side of the hotel in big letters . The pool is gorgeous. It took a whole day and hours to clean up the sand, I asked them to clean up out of my room. I ended finding a housekeeper myself and used her broom to do it myself. They assured me, for 2 days, housekeeper was coming. They don't have breakfast our a eating facility, except 4 at the bar, it is very expensive with a few selections. It's better... read more
I initially booked a jr. king suite with a balcony but I was given the wrong room with no view and no balcony. When I requested that I be given the correct room, the hotel staff told me that it was sold out. I was extremely disappointed and they offered a partial refund for the one night if I stayed and if I left a full refund. However I should have been given a full refund with a voucher of some sort. I ended up leaving and booking at another hotel and I will not be returning to this hotel. My plans were thrown off complete... read more
Definitiv. Poolbereich im 14. Stock ist sehr schön und sauber, gutes Frühstück und die Mitarbeiter auch sehr Freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, geräumig und bieten alles was man braucht.
