I paid for a 3 night 4 day stay, and my stay was cut short because of how disgusting the room's were! Beds had old piss stains and brown stuff stuck to the sheet. Found bugs on my bed UNDER the sheet. Toilet over flooded and so on. I reported the issue to management and was told i would get my money bacl for my one night, service fees and all.. Great location! You get a view of the cruise ship as they arrive and depart. Quite a few places, walking distance to grab a bite to eat. 24 hours valet parking for $43. I had a Mojito for $20 (a small cup) pricey but good.
not all hero wear capes. john P. very helpful and very Considerate to A.L.L guest I had made a room mistake and I just appreciate the extra mile he done for the sake of my girl . and sorelis very welcoming and helpful to do with Condiment cons: the "fridge" aint exactly COLD for 90% of things, no microwaves , no partnership with " savoy " ( didn't find out until we got here) , no robes , no ice machine (got to request ice )
Service was fantastic!! Our desk agent John was the best. A week prior I sent them an email for food recommendations. John responded the next day with well thought out options. Upon arrival, John was our agent, and informed us that they upgraded our room as there was availability. Beautiful and spacious rooms. I would highly recommend The Grayson Hotel and desk agent John.
Outstanding service. Had a very late flight that arrived into Miami. The check in was quick and painless. The rooms were super clean and modern. I would stay there again
