Needs new management and upper management. These ladies are shady! And why pay this rent when you can rent somewhere brand new! Would not rent here at all, rather be homeless! Just ask around. Management out for them not you! If this gets deleted it’s ok i can post my review other places. Be careful. Check around before renting!
Recommendedall the office and maintenance people are so friendly and helpful. If you have a problem they are right there to help you. The grounds are kept to perfection. Beautiful flowers and shrubs. Highly recommen for anyone to call The Gables at Jefferson Commons home
My husband and I loved our time at The Gables of Jefferson Commons. Clean, beautiful apartments, located in a wonderful central location.

Brooke Cheatham is very kind, courteous, and professional. She gave me all the information I needed and patiently explained the apartments and the amenities to me. She provided excellent customer service.
The gables of Jefferson commons is by far my favorite apartment. I moved around all over lynchburg and I can definitely say hands down I had the best living experience here. The property managers were so gracious, personable, and patient. They really did their best to make the best living experience for their tenants! Sunny was especially so wonderful! The maintenance was always very expeditious and friendly! The location is great and very well maintained. Overall just a wonderful experience!!
I've lived here for 2 year and I cannot express how great is was, the property mangers were so helpful any chance they got. They really make an effort to build relationships with their tenants. This apartment complex builds community with their inviting monthly events, you can't miss their events! The activities are great and the food is even better!
