A 2 car rule, they bug you about everything, to many damn rules just to be in the slums
Ive lived in Saddlebrook for a while now as well and I think that ARC has not done much to make this place better. The drainage has been fixed but it took over 5 years of complaints and half of the neighbor hood has been repaved like the whole neighborhood needs to be. But there is a big dip on the half that was paved which is brutal even at 5 mph. The other half just continues to get patched. I have lived here for over 12 years now and I want OUT! Rent was at $155.00 when we moved in. Tamsberg sold it and then it was sold to ARC. The rent has more then doubled. $348.00 for nothing more than lot rent. They can't keep up with the vandles, drug dealers, or hardly anything else. Choose a place not owned by ARC. They are all about money and nothing more. Buisness is just that, but when you live there, it should be a little more. My rent is always paid on time.
