THEY HAVE MOLD!!! Do not move here I REPEAT COVERED IN MOLD! the leasing lady knows what she doing and she does not care! Charging rent twice a month! MOLD MOLD MOLD MOLD!
I have called The Gables home for the past 4 years and I truly love living here. Our property manager Jasmine and assistant property manager Di’Anti are always so nice and efficient in getting things taken care of. The apartments are very spacious and maintenance is always timely and efficient in getting requests fulfilled. I truly don’t understand the negative reviews. I am definitely renewing for another year!
Always do great! We’ve lived here 2 years ago and it was great and now we’re coming back because nothing compares! Maintenance is amazing and so are the office people. All around great people and apartment! Thank you Jasmine for making it easy, and being very helpful and polite.
