The parts department in my experience is first class! I have never felt under or over sold and they go above and beyond to give me price break downs amd availability across the board so I then can make the necessary decision. Based on my specific need. 10 stars
Very poor service and technicians that break warranty protocol and then the dealer doesn't off you loaner machine I won't do business with van keppel again this is second machine from them and and it will be dmy last buyer be wear of van keppel
