We bought a leather recliner made in Vietnam. Sunny has been really amazing with the whole process. He was able to give me a discount and deliver the following day. Will definitely go back after couple years..
I bought a queen size bed from him, The bed he sold to me was not a standard queen size. It was bigger than standard queen beds. the next day I ask him to change it for me while I was offering extra money to buy another design. He didn't accepted the exchange. Now I have to sell that bed and buy another one. His customer service is zero. I don't recommend anyone buying from here.
Sonnie has an amazing display and has very good price. However if you don't like what's on the floor; he has a whole catelogue that has high end supply for a discounted price compared to online. I would highly recommend looking through the catelogue book its like the secret menu with a lot of hidden gems.
I don’t recommend buying furniture from here as soon as I bought my sectional within the first two months it was falling apart especially all the stitching is coming apart. I have called and even emailed and no one has returned my phone calls as this is clearly a manufactured issue.
Totally exceed my expectations the girl working there is so polite and helped me in various things not only this but also they also provide after sale service .
