Friendly and knowledgeable trainers, great classes and friendly members. Love this place and highly recommend.
Clean, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable staff/trainers. This is the only place that I want to come back to again and again. I’ve always found a reason to not turn up to other gyms but this place only lures me back by the service and the genuine care they provide. Special shout out to Tia for being the best trainer I’ve ever come across.
Thank you Tia for the fantastic nutrition and exercise program you put together for me. It was straight forward, easy to follow, you were available when I needed a push, and most importantly it got some serious results!
