Terrible customer service. Called mobile and spoke to Pat re: replacing 2x brackets on my horsefloat awning. I was even providing them with the parts, I just wanted someone professional to install. Sent through detailed photos of everything. Was a very simple job. A week later no reply. Messaged only to get Motti on the phone. Rude, unhelpful, awful to deal with, you just can't speak to customers like that.
