TERRIBLE communication and return policy! Paid them $100 for NOTHING - yeah, no refund, no credit, no help. On December 1, I placed an order for business purposes. Thankfully I follow up on deliveries. UPS would not leave package at door and returned to The Fruit Company on December 12. I had ZERO notification of delivery issues or that the item had been returned. Received a get well gift box, I'm recovering from surgery. What a wonderful surprise! The fruit is delicious, the cheese and sausage a welcome snack, and the chocolate is put of this world. 5 stars +
