Don't be fooled this corporation does not care about its tenants. The building staff used to be very respectful and helpful. Since they have changed to new managers and hired new staff they spend most of the time focusing on repainting the hallways. They have issued us constant notice to entries for random inspections and painting they insisted needs to be completed. This building has a great location. I have lived in this building for 10 yrs. I have found the building has gone down hill the past two years Since the elimination of on-site staff. As a person with a disability I feel that my accessible issues take too long to correct and the site staff responses are slow causing me to not always feel safe. When they finally do get to it the issue is resolved
Perfect location. Clean and good staff
The location is great and easy access to Kingston center. It's very clean and quiet.
