The food was very good with some creative dishes. The atmosphere could have been more relaxing though for the price we paid.The serving staff appeared very rushed. Dishes and silverware were cleared and set in a VERY obtrusive manner. Dishes were clanked repeatedly at our table. Two glasses alone were broken in the bar area during our visit. It was NYE but there were tables near us that were empty and waiting for guests. I'm not sure yet how I feel about going back.
From our 15th anniversary in 1985 to the present, the "Frog" never disappoints. Kudos to Bruce Lefebvre, chef/owner and general manager Jim Mullen, and the entire wait staff for a fabulous birthday celebration for the Ferinos!
Incredible rabbit dish with great service! All food was awesome but rabbit stood out and a great wine selection.
Have been to this New Brunswick restaurant many times but last night was pretty much a disappointment. Appetizer of chicken liver pate was more like a mousse with very little flavor. My entre of duck Bolognese with herbed crostini which I thought was going to be pasta, was actually a slice of Italian bread with duck in a light sauce on top with a piece of melted mozzarella on top of that.
