I love the atmosphere of this salon and Allison always does a fantastic job on my hair.
I had a bad experience with Kim. I went in wanting a Bayalage color and it didn't look anything like I wanted so she ask me to come back so she couod fix it and it ended up looking 1000% worse. The owner offered to fix it but said she was charging me $70 more. I said I would not pay more and I want my money back so I could go have it fixed. Kim refuses to give my money back or even respond to me. Several other women have messaged me telling me Kim messed up their hair as well. I know you can't please everyone, but after seeing pictures of one of your clients and then your reply back to her I will never try your salon out. The way you handled things is very sad to me. It truly says a lot about you and the fact you aren't willing to make a wrong right. A terrible wrong at that.

Went to the fringe for the first time today. Had a great experience. Jenna does an amazing job. Poor thing had to deal with my thick AF hair. Took 3 hours but I absolutely love the result and will definitely be back. Thank you!!!!�

Everyone there is so friendly and inviting. The atmosphere is amazing. It is by far one of the best if not the best salon here in Sanford. Kim has done my hair from the first time I visited the and she is amazing. Her personality and skills are worth the visit. My hair has never felt softer or looked better.
Jenna did all over highlights for me following our first meeting/ consultant. Followed by a toner, and blow out. We finished late, since my appointment was at 5pm. I received multiple compliments throughout the day from my coworkers, and my husband! If you can afford Fantastic Sams, you can afford this comfortable, country style salon!!!
