Worst part of our entire remodel. Aside from having to come out 7 times, to take me away from my job, Dieter had promised to make the excessive problems and negligence right. He later disappeared, as all of them have done many times over the process. Our counter tops were installed incorrectly, where the drawer would not open because the sink was moved forward (per Dieters insistence). Initially I had asked Dieter 3 times, why it "needed" to be moved forward. Finally he just stopped responding to me and it was what it was.... read more
Thanks 5Stars.. The French Quarry Employees are wonderful. They put in my bathroom & kitchen counter tops. The Granit is beautiful. They did a great job. Jim was especially helpful. He explained everything in detail and it only took them a few hours and the work was flawless. THANL YOU.
Stone fabricators/installers Very disappointing customer service From the beginning there were problems with the install of the granite that we choose They would not return phone calls When asked to please come back and address the issues they would only answer, "we will have to charge you to come back" After showing up in the show room to ask again to speak with someone, we were told no one was there to talk with and we would get a call back No phone call ever came We discovered much later that the type of granite we choose... read more
