The Freeze is known for it's World Famous Cheese Fries but also specializes in many reasonably priced (No $8 Sundaes!) delectable Ice Cream treats with our most popular being our Old Fashioned Banana Splits, as well as, the Beach Bum, Salty Dog and our Cotton Candy Dipped Cones. All of our Ice Cream is 94% fat free so it's not like "licking a stick of butter" like the Custard shops!

Our family loves The Freeze. They are careful with allergy issues and always have a consistent product. The staff is friendly. I wish we could buy the business just to be involved in such a great Crystal Lake shop.
Great ice cream. Need to work on service and how it's delivered. I was part of an order mixup and the rudeness was unbelievable
