Claudie and Jonathan in the office are the best office staff I have came across. Any time I have an issue it is addressed right away. The maintenance guys fix everything the right way the first time. Would recommend anyone to the community in a heart beat.
I normally do not leave reviews, but after everything my family experienced at The Frederick Apartments, I feel people deserve to know before moving here. During our time living there, we dealt with ongoing rodent issues, fleas inside the apartment despite not having pets, repeated AC problems that were never properly resolved, and concerns from previous water/sewage damage behind the bathroom wall. In the last 3 months as a resident, we have seen a shift from what was a peaceful relaxing community to a strict, confusing and often miscommunicated policies . We can’t help but notice now they are changing policies and as a result we have seen over 20 units empty over the last 6 weeks. Either they are pushing residents out by conjuring new or outdated policies or looking for any excuse to fine you.
