In the last 3 months as a resident, we have seen a shift from what was a peaceful relaxing community to a strict, confusing and often miscommunicated policies . We can’t help but notice now they are changing policies and as a result we have seen over 20 units empty over the last 6 weeks. Either they are pushing residents out by conjuring new or outdated policies or looking for any excuse to fine you. I requested maintenance to unclog one sink and two bathtubs. One of the bathtubs was unintentionally overlooked, and I only had to remind them once. The very next day, the issue was resolved. The maintenance crew.I accidentally knocked over a statue , while recompleting in maintenance request. It was a minor thing nothing major, But. Mr Kameron. Went out of his way, and found a replacement for the broken item. That was very unexpected, and I'm and I thought it was very cool that he did that. So thank you.
