Fred is simply fantastic! He was highly responsive, attentive to our requests, and has been a wealth of information. We worked with him nearly 5 years ago and to this day we still keep in touch and he's always willing to help (e.g. real estate information or contractor suggestions). Fred went above and beyond. We were moving from the east coast and Fred made the process seamless. He took time to understand our needs and not only would he send us listings based on his understanding of these preferences, the listings would come with explanations for us to better understand the area and type of builds/models in the area we were interested in moving to.
