I have used Fred and his team for over two years as my rental manager. Now I decided to sell, they made the experience so easy and stress free. Fred and his Team, especially Yolanda, are professional and personable and detail driven. Nothing seems to get by them. Sadly, I have to rate this company 1 star after my experiences with Fred and his team as property managers. First I’ll say, Fred was usually quick to responded and acted kindly and seemed to be taking the best care of me until I decided to stop using his company as my management team over a property. My one issue with the staff is that I always had to reach out to them to get my tax documents sent to me for the properties.
