Dr. Frazier saw my son about three months ago. I can’t complaint. He has great bed manners and my son felt comfortable with him. My issue is that at check out he charged me $600.00 instead of my $60.00 copay. I did not realize this til a couple of days later. I contacted him and agreed that he charged me incorrectly. He said he needed the physical card in order to do the refund and said next time my son had follow up. Ended call and did not realize my son did not have a follow up appointment. My mom went by and checked the place today to enquire about a bill, and the clinic next door said the place is closed. She has contacted the doctor twice in the past 2 weeks. He said he'd take take of it after the information was sent to him. She left a follow up message a few days ago and still no response. There was also no sign to state if there was a relocation.
DO NOT GO TO THIS MAN!!!! I should have listen to my gut. When I arrived at his office it was funny to me that he did not have any staff working in the front. No phones no computers, just strange for a practice. I had to call him to open the door. He treated me and I did great. I gave him my debit card and I realized I gave him the wrong one. Dr.Frazier is a very nice man. But the last time I was in wasn’t good.He was 30 Minutes late did not clean the blade he used to trim my corn,And didn’t clean his hands or the corn on my toe.I really like him and will go back it he gets it together .Thanks Sarah Richards 3/2/2023 update As of today my toe is infected and has been for a week.
