Absolutely horrible apartments, especially for the amount paid per month. The management group is quite petty and will charge you for anything that seems fit. If you have a couple empty gardening pots sitting on the deck they will make sure to give you a strike. Mold is a definite as these apartments were built probably in the 70s-80s and trap in so much moisture. Very minimal appliances, which would be fine if the rent was cheap, which it isn’t.
