Currently in the Air Force and this is a great place to live for its proximity to the base and downtown Columbus! The property workers are awesome and any maintenance requests are done in a timely fashion. 10/10!
Lived here for like a year and a half and moved away just moved back into town and can’t wait to come back. I love this place really helpful management and always on time to fix any issues
Lease not clear, unhelpful management, and my a/c didn’t work over half the time i lived there so finally they put a window unit in the last week I lived there, it’s a pain to get out of the lease, they threaten to evict you all the time. I hated it and will not ever recommend it to anyone 👎
Lived here for several years in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. The community was nice and anytime we had any issues the maintenance crew were there to fix it quickly.
They refuse to make tenants park in front of their own building. Each building has plenty of parking but for some reason people will not park by their own apartment. It’s bad when it’s raining, you have groceries, and you can’t park by your building because both tenants to one apartment/different building park in front of yours. PLUS they will not clean up after their 2 dogs...yet, the manager/home office will NOT address the issues!
