The Franklin is not a place you would go to have a burger... but you should have the burger and you should also have the custard, you're welcome.

Absolutely horrible service. I ordered an old fashioned that was served extremely heavy on the bitters. When I brought it to the bartenders attention she was extremely rude. An old fashioned should be served to highlight the bourbon, not taste like a cinnamon holiday drink. She was extremely rude and acted like just because I was in a tee shirt and jeans that I didn't know how a proper drink was supposed to be poured. This is not a place I would recommend.

Sat at the bar and enjoyed the ambiance and the personable bartenders. Our margaritas were delicious and we were given a taste of some top notch tequila. We will definitely return when back in Nola.
