Editing my review from three stars to one after living here for six months: Since moving in, I have encountered numerous issues that should not be occurring considering we pay $2500 with utilities. We have had ants attack our kitchen and pantry on a weekly basis. I have had to throw away so many groceries despite having ant traps set up everywhere. Scott is always so amazing at responding to maintenance issues right away! He promptly came to fix our water pressure issue in the kitchen. It works perfectly now!
I’ve always had a good experience with the maintenance crew here at the Estate, Especially since Scott has become the maintenance head. Scott is particularly helpful and responsive. Really appreciate him and the whole team!
It's really nice that the dumpster and recycle bin area is kept up well and there's never trash or junk overflowing or in the way. Daniel does a great job.
Great people, great environment and nicely managed.
