I had lived at the Frank Estate for 5 years and was so happy! Kim was a part of the staff and is now the site Manager. She is kind, efficient, and thoughtful. Recently looked at moving here again and was greeted by Joyce. She was excellent too! The dog friendly property is so unique and stunning - comes with every amenity one could want, including the best clubhouse of any property in the Portland metro area. I have been a renter most of my adult life and I have rented all over the country. I was drawn to the Frank Estate by its beauty and once I started interacting with the staff I was blown away. I have never had such a wonderful onboarding experience in my life. Joyce went above and beyond to help me get everything set up and as I was moving from Florida I needed a lot of help. I give five stars whole heartedly!
Editing my review from three stars to one after living here for six months: Since moving in, I have encountered numerous issues that should not be occurring considering we pay $2500 with utilities. We have had ants attack our kitchen and pantry on a weekly basis. I have had to throw away so many groceries despite having ant traps set up everywhere.
