My boyfriend and I can’t speak on much as we’ve only lived here a little over a week, but we recently had an issue with our heater and maintenance was there within 20 minutes of me texting the resident assistant. For context it was a Saturday night and it was Valentine’s Day!! I couldn’t believe it. Thank you! Oh, and they were also flexible and accommodating with the fact our dog is afraid of new people which meant a lot to us
Waiting 3+ days for a maintenance request. When the guys come, they like to give a “half done” solution so you will likely have to continue to put requests in for them to fix it properly the 3rd or 4th time. I just filed a complaint with the Oregon board because the wait times for maintenance is outrageous. Grounds are beautiful but that’s about the nicest thing here. It’s overpriced for what you are getting, go .5 mile down the road and you’ll find apartments for $400 less for same sqft.
Pros: Beautiful location, good access to bike trail, close to grocery store and library, decent (though dated) apartments. Cons: Property management company is completely unresponsive. I've been trying to get a routine leasing matter taken care of for almost three months now, and no one has been willing to help. No one answers their phone, and their email goes to a bot.
