The Frances Modern is accommodating, beautiful, and comfortable. When I've needed anything from them, they've delivered. The communal lounge is really well-appointed, and the rooftop lounge is one of my favorite places to spend an hour before bed. It's absolutely, hands-down, my favorite place to stay in Austin.
Amazing place to stay. Loved the atmosphere, the owner Vicky is very sweet. Great experience, will be back again!
