I do not recommend. They are currently evicting tenants without cause. I'm a disabled veteran. I pay my rent on time. And during the height of the covid-19 problems, they give me a vacate in 30 days notice. They are a horrible company.
they run the mobile home community , the people that use to own it took real goo care of it . they kept the grass cut leaves and pine straw blowed off the road and yards. this company has turned it into a trailer park . high grass, takes forever to get something done . the dumpster is always full or over flowing they dont pick it up . NOT HAPPY
I do not recommend. The workers are so unprofessional and they break their lease agreements. They will steal money from you and belittle you. They are incredible manipulative DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. This is absolutely the worst company I have ever professionally dealt with in my life. They took over my lease from a previous company and ever since that happened it was horrible. They not only had horrible customer service, Victoria Shaw in particular, and were terribly difficult to contact, but they broke our lease agreement on MULTIPLE instances and then would not give our full security deposit back (even though there was no circumstance in which it should not have been given back). A very shady group. DO NOT PAY THE APPLICATION FEE! They require this, which will cause YOU to inquire about the likelihood of your application passing muster before you part with your money. You will be told that you are a good candidate (so that you pay the fee of SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS). After Fowler receives your money, you will be told you did not meet the requirements. They could use better qualified people to deal with their renters. Most of the ones who you talk to on the phone have been very rude!
Terrible customer service. Not recommended for your property management needs.
